Virtual Physical Therapist-School Based, 25/26 School Year--Kentucky
reputed company is looking for physical therapists to work reputed company with KY reputed company, K-12th grades for the 25/26 school year. This is a 1099 position.
Responsibilities:
- reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans for reputed company
- Proficient in providing physical therapy services reputed company
- Collaborate with IEP team members to ensure student reputed company
- Maintain detailed student records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
- reputed company KY state licensure and/or certification
-Prior experience working with school aged children in a school setting
-Virtual experience preferred
-Background reputed company and mandated reporter training required
