This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to reputed company needs. Location: reputed company Responsibilities: • Build technical expertise in our various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and reputed company consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups • Resolve technical issues stemming from our reputed company's usage of our advertising solutions • Partner closely with our sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve reputed company issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services • Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive reputed company. Skills: • BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or reputed company degree • 8+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries • Experience managing a multi-reputed company dollar book of business, reputed company to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients. • Experience with technical troubleshooting our Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences • Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery • Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: reputed company, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP • Experience working with SQL and RESTful reputed company Pay reputed company is $60 - $65 per hour with full benefits available, including reputed company time off, medical/dental/reputed company/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
