We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Bookkeeper/reputed company Assistant to support our finance team with daily reputed company tasks. This role is fully remote and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be flexible to cover both day and reputed company shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities • Record financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, invoices, and payments. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, ledgers, and financial documentation. • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. • Generate basic financial reports and summaries as requested. • Ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company standards. • Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and accuracy. Qualifications • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred. • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, reputed company assistant, or similar role. • Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company reputed company. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly. • Excellent time management and multitasking skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
