Job Overview and Responsibilities

- Answer questions and provide updates about our adoptable kittens, as well as general information about blithequark and our nonprofit organization
- Moderate chat comments to ensure a respectful and positive environment, adhering to our community guidelines and rules
- Collaborate with other moderators and team members to maintain a cohesive and engaging community experience
- Utilize our YouTube channel and other software to communicate with team members, sign up for shifts, and perform moderator duties
To excel in this role, you will need to be comfortable using a desktop or laptop computer, as well as learning new software and technologies. A strong internet connection and a personable, detail-oriented approach to communication are essential.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this volunteer opportunity, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity
- Sign a volunteer agreement and confidentiality agreement
- Never have been accused of animal cruelty charges
- Be willing to pass a background check, if required
