  • Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors, to maintain the highest level of data quality.
  • Scan or upload documents as required, ensuring that all digital files are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform routine office duties, such as answering phones, maintaining supplies, and filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them to relevant parties.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work, providing updates and reports as needed to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support business operations and decision-making, using data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, ensuring that our data management systems are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train other data entry employees and provide support and guidance as needed, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. You should also have at least two years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
