About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the blithequark Centurion Lounge in Atlanta. As the face of blithequark, you will deliver superior service to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of our brand. Your passion for providing extraordinary service will excite our customers and deepen their relationship with blithequark. You will be part of a cohesive team that tailors our products and services to meet the immediate needs of our Card Members, making Membership come to life every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns with innovative solutions
- Employing the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodating the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a exceptional experience
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and active team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
- Making decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations, prioritizing the Card Members' experience and well-being
Qualifications and Skills
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to listen to customers' needs
- Confident recommendations and high satisfaction from customers, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in using the Internet and multiple technology platforms, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with light to moderate lifting required for certain job tasks
Essential Qualifications
- Recent experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, prioritizing the customer's experience and well-being
- Proficiency in using technology, including the Internet and multiple platforms, to provide efficient and effective service
Preferred Qualifications
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, with knowledge of travel reservation systems and procedures
- Experience working in a premium customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
- Knowledge of concierge and lifestyle services, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and solutions

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.12 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
