About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in both English and Spanish
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure prompt resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Upsell products or services when required to meet customer needs and business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Certifications or training in customer service or a related field
