**Key Responsibilities**
As a Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Performing data entry tasks as assigned, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Reviewing and analyzing credit balances on claims with complex scenarios, suggesting claim actions to be taken
* Performing adjustments for claims with credit balances
* Reviewing denials for timely filing and entering appropriate reasons for writeoff approval
* Performing claim actions for claims approved for write off
* Performing claim actions in bulk as identified by claims specialists
* Performing claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
* Conducting Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
* Utilizing Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails to support data entry and communication tasks
* Working with CareLogic EHR, Google Chat, and other software applications to ensure seamless data entry and communication
* Collaborating with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or GED
* A minimum of one year of data entry experience
* Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a consistent track record of delivering on time and high-quality results
* Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage
* Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails
* Experience working with CareLogic EHR
* Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat
* Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working with Netsmart's myEvolv or Meditech's EHR system
* Experience with Meditech's EHR system
* Experience with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails
* Experience working with CareLogic EHR
* Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat
* Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products
