About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

In this exciting opportunity, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web chats. Your primary focus will be on resolving routine problems and questions related to healthcare products and services, including benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and web chat
  • Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions related to healthcare products and services
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address customer needs
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome for the customer
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently to deliver expert customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
