About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, in a hybrid environment. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure settlement and performing preventive work to avoid future overdues. You will deliver world-class customer service, build meaningful relationships with our customers, and enhance their experience through personalized service, active listening, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining benefits and responding to customer inquiries and concerns over the phone
- Document necessary information, such as claim details, customer changes, and other pertinent information
- Build meaningful relationships with customers through a customer-first approach, understanding their situation and needs, answering questions, and ensuring each customer knows blithequark has their back
- Enhance customer experience through personalized service, active listening, and effective problem-solving, while consistently treating customers with respect
- Meet and exceed quality and productivity goals, complying with all regulatory requirements
- Navigate computer systems and applications to service customers and enable them to get the most from our online platform
- Manage production-related activities, such as complaints and escalations
- Prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- English language fluency

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.60 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
