Key Responsibilities

As a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding inbound communications from clients via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels, providing expert guidance and support to address their insurance needs.
  • Utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance to help clients with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes.
  • Conducting research and presenting clients with resolutions to their queries, ensuring that their needs are thoroughly understood and addressed.
  • Corresponding with clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations.
  • Executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, and other tasks.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • An active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client support.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
  • A High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and communication skills.
