About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently. You will manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and respond to inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your goal will be to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, while utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. You will also be required to adapt to changing projects and updates, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
