About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, responsible for responding to a variety of telephone inquiries and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and high degree of accuracy will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process calls from internal and external customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in various databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Provide clear explanations of programs, benefits, and policies to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Track the reason for each call to ensure successful resolution and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Good listening skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- Ability to handle multi-faceted tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve difficult or pressure situations with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Location: Fort Worth, TX or Evansville, IN (note: this is a 100% remote position after training)
- Availability to attend in-person training schedule 8:30-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday for the first 3 weeks
- Part-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST each day (after training)
