Requirements Basic Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements: • OCN certification preferred. • Registered reputed company with 3 or more years of experience in oncology nursing setting preferred. • Medical surgical nursing experience preferred. • BSN preferred. • The cancer navigator must have outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. The individual must posses knowledge of lung, esophageal, stomach, anal and colorectal cancer, treatment modalities, cancer genetics community resources and reputed company structure and function.
