As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering with our clients to drive the utilization of our products and services, ensuring they achieve positive business outcomes and maximize their return on investment. **About the Team** Our Northwest National sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems. We pride ourselves on providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk.
