- Maintain world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics, identifying opportunities to exceed service requirements, and building strong relationships with customers and business units.
- Develop and maintain rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and providing consultative support and recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential and suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Essential Qualifications:
