**Key Responsibilities:**
* Promote and sell our diverse range of wellness services and programs to potential customers
* Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing queries, and providing product information to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum Graduate in any stream
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, Canva, ChatGPT, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp marketing
* Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages an asset)

* Excellent English communication skills in written and verbal
