Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support analytics solutions that provide insights to make better decisions
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using cloud technologies such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Databricks
  • Architect and maintain data warehouses using traditional data warehouse tools and cloud-based services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data normalization techniques
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on data analytics solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field, with a focus on cloud computing, data analytics, and data engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field, with a focus on cloud computing, data analytics, and data engineering
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Databricks
  • Experience with data analytics tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong set of technical skills, including:

  • Programming languages: Python, Java, C++, or equivalent
