**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. You'll work remotely, using your own computer and phone, and will be required to make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and improve their experience. You'll also be responsible for answering inbound calls after our clients' business hours, providing support and assistance to customers as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and improve their experience
* Answer inbound calls after our clients' business hours, providing support and assistance to customers as needed
* Use Microsoft Suite, including Excel, to track customer interactions and provide data-driven insights to our clients
* Work independently, using your own computer and phone, to deliver exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and retention rates
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support
* College degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Ability to work independently, using your own computer and phone, to deliver exceptional customer service and support
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong track record of delivering results in a virtual setting
* Familiarity with customer experience software and tools, such as CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
* Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers
* Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
