Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn

Essential Qualifications
