About the Role

As a Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first line of contact for our CPAP reputed company customers, providing them with personalized support, guidance, and education on our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing high-volume inbound phone calls, processing new orders, verifying patient demographics, and providing basic sleep coaching and technical assistance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a working knowledge of our products, services, and industry regulations, ensuring that you are always equipped to reputed company accurate and helpful information to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements
