Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our UK clients. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless experiences throughout their journey with blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey with blithequark
- Provide pre-booking advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities to help customers plan their perfect ski trip
- Offer post-booking support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional support during trips, ensuring customers have a stress-free and enjoyable experience
- Represent the voice of the customer, influencing product development and roadmap to drive continuous improvement
- Liaise between blithequark customers and suppliers, facilitating requests, complaints, and updates
- Work independently, with support from a broader team, to achieve individual and team goals
- Participate in a rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings, to ensure comprehensive customer support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native English language skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C, with a deep understanding of the ski travel industry
- Experience working with support and CRM systems, such as Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, and Intercom (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
- Ski experience (advantageous)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- In-Resort team experience, with a deep understanding of the ski travel industry and its nuances
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, and Intercom
- Knowledge of ski destinations, accommodations, and activities, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations
