**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to Amazon customers through our live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs

**Essential Qualifications**
