In this exciting role, you will lead customer programs that accelerate business outcomes, drive strategic and financial value for customers, and promote transformational professional services programs. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for executing long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, developing unified account plans, and establishing executive relationships across technology and business groups.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, Healthcare and Life Sciences at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
* Leading business outcomes, with the ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
* Developing unified account plans and pursuit plans that align with the AWS account team (platform sales).
* Establishing executive relationships across technology and business groups, with executive sponsorship of programs.
* Establishing an internal network at blithequark, including relationships with internal organizations critical to success, such as the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
* Delivering on annual bookings targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and blithequark's Professional Services business objectives.
* Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

**Basic Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
* Experience with selling consulting/professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory.
* Business development experience, including multiyear, multiple service offerings with a total contract value of +10M agreements, and familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
* Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion.
* Experience assessing customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-Level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services.
* International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners.
* Understanding of cloud computing and data transition challenges.
* A partner network for joint pursuit and delivery.
**Compensation & Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
