They are seeking a Business Development Founding Partner to spearhead client acquisition and growth efforts, focusing on outreach, lead generation, and deal closures within engineering, architecture, and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients for Krafzen’s CAD, BIM, and AI design services.
• Identify potential leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations, demos, and discovery calls with clients globally.
• Build long-term partnerships with design firms, contractors, and engineering consultancies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine pitch materials and growth strategies.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and ensure smooth client handoffs to the delivery team.
Skills
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in engineering, CAD/BIM, architecture, or SaaS).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Ability to operate flexibly across time zones (PST preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to grow with the company and help shape its global footprint.
