**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our automotive dealership partners, helping them navigate complex orders, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders.
* Offering timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
* Using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, act as a consultant, and provide expert advice to our dealership partners.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* A solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
* High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers).
* Availability to work during the hours of operation, including training, which requires 100% attendance for the first five weeks, and hands-on calls for the next four weeks.
* A secluded and distraction-free work environment, with high-speed internet access at home, a cellular phone, and a reliable computer.

* Experience in the automotive industry.
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
