**Role Overview**
As a Travel Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire ski holiday journey. Your primary focus will be on providing pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and in-trip assistance to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience. You will also be the liaison between customers and suppliers, handling requests, complaints, and updates with professionalism and poise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Take ownership of client onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
* Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey
* Provide pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
* Offer post-booking support according to customers' needs
* Support during the trip to give a great customer experience
* Liaise between customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
**Experience Required**
* Previous customer service experience gained within the travel industry is essential
* Experience working with support and CRM systems is preferred
* In-Resort team experience is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
* Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems are required
* Ski experience is not essential but an advantage
**Salary and Benefits**
* Base salary of £29,000
* Fully remote work arrangement within the UK
