We're passionate about making a positive impact on our customers, our community, and the world at large. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Your expertise in data management, sales development, and customer relationship building will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Qualify and develop inbound leads and build business opportunities through outbound prospecting * Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) * Foster qualified sales opportunities and develop future pipeline potential * Acquire revenue through outbound cold pitching across a range of existing blithequark clients and breaking into net new logos in designated regions and markets * Identify key decision-makers within new accounts * Collaborate with and influence partners to develop designated records, call methodologies, and messaging to drive sales opportunities * Plan qualified discovery meetings/item demos for Account Executives to lead * Meet monthly essential goals for developing revenue in accounts through creating reliable sales pipelines * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide better insights into the outcomes of marketing efforts and create new pipeline opportunities * Make, track, and report on movements of all kinds and results using Salesforce and Effort * Develop a variety of contacts (calls, emails, social, etc.) on all prospects in your designated territory **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales) * 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Positive and lively telephone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities * Willingness to continuously improve sales productivity and business acumen * Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven, with a willingness to work in a team environment * Familiarity with business operations, jobs, and organizational design * Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MS in Marketing) * 2-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs * Experience working in a sales development role, with a focus on qualifying and developing new business opportunities * Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including discovery, needs assessment, and solution selling * Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **What We Offer** * A competitive salary and benefits package, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development * A comprehensive training program, including onboarding, sales training, and ongoing coaching and feedback * A collaborative and inclusive team culture, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and mutual respect * A range of employee benefits, including flexible work arrangements, employee recognition programs, and community involvement opportunities **What We Value** * Collaboration: We believe that collaboration is key to achieving our business objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
