Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues
- Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal team members as needed
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously strive to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally, and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
- Monitor live online video conferencing events and provide live immediate assistance to participants as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of clients and situations
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces, cloud-based tools, and help desk software
- Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Writing/reading/speaking fluency in other languages outside of English, with fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese being preferred
