  • Attending team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Following teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures, demonstrating your ability to work with discretion and judgment, especially when handling confidential information.
  • Utilizing department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) with basic proficiency within 60 days of employment or position change, showcasing your ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development.
  • Prior medical/clerical administrative experience, although not required, is highly preferred, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and make significant contributions from the outset.
