Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a qualifying field (Dental Hygiene or Dentistry). Or an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and a Bachelor's degree in an applicable reputed company discipline. Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution. • Dentists appointed prior to July 1, 2022, are exempt from CODA accreditation requirement. • reputed company part-time clinical and dental science laboratory reputed company appointed prior to July 1, 2022, are exempt from bachelor's degree requirement and must possess at a minimum an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.
