Key Responsibilities Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize strong computer skills to learn new software and adapt to changing technology, ensuring a high level of proficiency. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work remotely in emergency situations, with a reliable personal computer, working camera, and internet connection. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a language support services environment. Multi-language capability, although not required, is considered a valuable asset. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-volume calls.
