**Job Summary**
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value insurance customers, developing deep relationships with executive stakeholders, and driving strategic alignment to maximize customer value and retention. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support to ensure our customers achieve their business objectives and realize the full potential of our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of high-value insurance customers, including developing and executing customized success plans to drive business growth and retention
* Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level executives and other key decision-makers
* Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with customer objectives and goals
* Develop and deliver tailored training and support programs to enhance customer adoption and utilization of our solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
* Analyze customer data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
**Requirements**
* 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise SaaS Account Management, Strategic Consulting, or related roles
* Demonstrated success managing high-value enterprise accounts with complex technical and business requirements
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives in the insurance or geospatial technology sectors is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders
* Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business issues
* Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus
