Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be part of the Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team, which is responsible for driving data-driven and customer-centric decision-making across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will use multiple statistical methodologies to develop insights into our global marketing funding and create advanced forecasting programs for use by the Global Marketing & Sales Organization. You will also have the opportunity to work on data mining projects and collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Mix Models for various business units to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Transform model results into actionable insights to help stakeholders understand historical media effects and trends in media performance
• Develop and deliver productive, insightful analytic presentations that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders
• Build and maintain various statistical models for blithequark business units and business problems to drive data-driven decision-making
• Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, mixed models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
• Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership
• Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining and analysis
• Prior work experience in a media company or analytics consulting firm
• Knowledge of marketing or media mix modeling
