OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.</p></li><li><p>4 years of experience in employee and retiree benefit plans, programs and services, to include health & welfare (self & fully insured programs), retirement benefits, experience in benefits supplier management, plan design, requirements development, program implementation, reputed company, regulatory compliance, day-to-day administration and operations.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading and/or running reputed company/programs.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of outsourced benefits administration and how to reputed company reputed company of outsourced functions and programs.</p></li><li><p>Experience with documenting processes and identifying required controls;
