FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT RN TELEPHONE TRIAGE (REMOTE)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide remote telephone triage and health information services to patients and healthcare providers.
• Utilize nursing skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and triage outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and follow-up as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in telephone triage.
Requirements
• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in any medical field.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and reference checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
