Job Overview

As a member of the blithequark team, you will play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving problems. This is an English-speaking role, and fluency in English is required. You will be working from home, utilizing your excellent communication skills to help customers solve problems they encounter while using our products and/or services. Your responsibilities will include recording call information for audit and reporting purposes, maintaining and updating customer information as required, selling new or improved services to existing customers, and activating credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, and providing support and solutions to problems.
• Record call information for audit and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update customer information as required, utilizing computer systems and software applications.
• Sell new or improved services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Activate credit cards, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for customers.
• Utilize strong computer navigation skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Demonstrate exceptional listening and comprehension skills, providing professional and courteous service to customers.

Working Environment and Benefits

Your home working environment must be located in a private residence, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. A USB headset is required, and you must be able to work in a permanent sedentary position.
