About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High Ticket Sales Closer to join our talent pool. As a closer, you will be responsible for presenting our services as the solution to prospects' needs, meeting monthly and weekly sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders in the Business Coaching niche, closing leads on High Ticket Coaching Programs created by our clients. This will be done through inbound appointments, mainly through video-calls. If you are a skilled closer, we will assign you to a High Ticket Closing role. If you're getting started, you will be eligible for Closer opportunities, but will mainly be assigned to Appointment setting and low-ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flawlessly present our services as the solution to the prospect’s needs
  • Meet monthly and weekly sales goals
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service
  • Answer customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
  • Grow customer accounts through high ticket membership sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team and input ideas
  • Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in Closing Service Sales or other relevant areas (Coaching Offers Preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • C1-C2 English
  • Computer with Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS 2016 or newer
  • Full-Time Availability
  • A positive, teamwork-type of attitude, and a real “people person”
  • The ability to self-manage and take initiative
  • Creative and organized, with excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
