If you're a motivated and customer-centric professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you. **A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager at blithequark** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, responsible for ensuring their smooth operation of our software and identifying any challenges that may arise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Conducting frequent check-in meetings with assigned customers to ensure their satisfaction and adoption of our platform * Driving subscription renewal and expansion processes, utilizing prescribed tools and resources as needed * Collaborating with fellow team members in sales and marketing to identify larger expansion opportunities and leverage select customers as sales references and case studies * Promoting customer awareness of new releases and features, providing insight through other use cases, and offering insightful reporting and analytics to ensure maximum adoption and delight with our platform * Serving as the customer advocate, facilitating open discussions and resolving customer questions and/or finding answers by working with internal teams * Escalating support tickets as needed to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and providing timely updates/communication back to the customer * Delivering or arranging training sessions as needed for technical and non-technical users * Communicating effectively and contributing to the broader CSM team best practices * Providing product setup or configuration assistance **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 3-5 years of professional work experience in a business development/account management/sales capacity, with a particular emphasis on customer support, satisfaction, retention, and sales * Computer software industry experience, preferably in the SaaS space * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask between multiple tasks/customer situations simultaneously * Self-motivation, proactivity, and innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption * A collaborative mindset, with the ability to quickly identify the correct internal resource and work closely with them to ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and completely * Familiarity with Salesforce * Technical inclination, with the ability to quickly pick up and train customers on software changes * A degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred) * German, French, or Spanish proficiency (a plus) **The Perks of Working at blithequark** At blithequark, we offer a variety of benefits to our team members, including: * Competitive salaries * Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage * Mental health resources * Remote work opportunities * Flexible work schedules * A casual dress work environment * Appspace Quiet Fridays (no non-essential internal meetings scheduled) * And much more! **Disclaimer** blithequark is committed to equitable compensation practices and complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
