About the Role
As Senior People Partner at reputed company, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness through talent reputed company, performance optimization, and leadership development. In this senior-level role, you'll own the employee relations function while leading reputed company-wide performance management initiatives. You'll work closely with executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into people-reputed company initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement.
People Partner Key Responsibilities
Functional Partnership
