Essential Skills • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). • Experience in pharmacy operations, appeals, managed care, claims processing, and handling denials. • Strong data entry and customer service capabilities. • Proficient in computer systems and applications. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred; required for certain supervisory roles. • Prior experience with processing prior authorizations. • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette. • Skilled in managing and redirecting conversations effectively. Work Environment This is a fully remote positionthat requires working in aprivate, distraction-free environmentto ensure compliance withHIPAA regulations.
