Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and reputed company appropriate case handling for reputed company-authorization requests

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience authorizing medical procedures with various payers
• Minimum 1 year of claim appeal experience preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office and database management
• Ability to maintain a secure home office environment compliant with HIPAA regulations
