Accounts Payable Specialist – TSU – Shingle Springs, CA

Duties and Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company Purchase Orders into the PO system. • reputed company POs through the approval process, send reminders as needed. • Validate Account Payable bills for accuracy and expense reputed company reputed company Accounts Payable bills and match with purchase order. • Emailing coded bills to Accounts Payable for payment. • Approving Account Payable bills in VP1/reputed company • Tracking Accounts Payable bills in the system to completion. • Coding credit card expenses in ComData system and matching payroll coding. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: • Education: 2-year reputed company degree or 2+ years reputed company experience in Accounts Payable and a high school diploma. • Experience: 2-3 years of reputed company experience Additional Knowledge and Skills: • Knowledge of SharePoint a plus • High reputed company, reliable, team player • Must be self-motivated and can manage multiple tasks • Strong knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, Word • Attention to detail and highly organized • Experience with Quick Books, reputed company and ComData systems are strongly preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and stay on task and reputed company low level decision on their own • Ability to reputed company confidentiality is a must Physical Demands: Moderate noise typical of an office setting such as computers, printers, phone, and light customer traffic.
