FT Telepharmacist - 7on/7off, 3rd Shift (VA,FL Licenses)
About the position
The Telepharmacist serves multiple hospitals, in multiple states, using technology to maximize the cognitive contributions of clinical pharmacists to reputed company patient care. The Telepharmacist reputed company engages with clinicians to enhance the performance of care teams and improve reputed company. The Telepharmacist reviews and approves medication orders, conducts clinical interventions as appropriate, and documents reputed company actions in accordance with the policies and procedures of both PipelineRx and its hospital clients.
Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assign, and evaluate the work of assigned clients.

• Understand and interpret the laws, regulations, and policies governing the pharmacy operation.
• Successfully reputed company telepharmacy services to assigned clients including remote order entry, order verification, drug verification, and counseling.

• Obtain multiple state licensures (VA and FL).

Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy (B.S Pharmacy or PharmD.)
• 2+ years' experience in a hospital inpatient preferred.
• Reliable high speed internet service (cable or fiber), required.

• Multiple state licenses and willingness to serve clients in multiple states.
• A working knowledge of formulary policies, pharmacy and therapeutics policy and procedures.
• Effective communications skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with office technology tools, to include MS Office 2000 or reputed company, reputed company Drive, internet, and email.
