• Over 5 years experience in AWS Connect.
• Good Experience in AWS, AWS Connect, AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
• Good experience in Python, Java Script.
• Good experience in Contact Center engineering work history with legacy contact center vendors like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco.
• Good Communication skills.
