Job Overview

As a Voice Data Entry Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our data enrichment tasks for one of our prominent healthcare clients. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, verifying information, and completing enrichment tasks to the highest standard of quality. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to ensure seamless delivery of data enrichment services.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks.
  • Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark to support the growth and development of our business.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be adaptable and flexible, with a strong ability to work with process and information changes. Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Can support a work-from-home (WFH) setup with a stable internet connection.
  • A computer-savvy candidate with proficiency in using online databases and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in data entry, vendor resource verifications, or board certifications.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
