Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for addressing labor force activities and driving business performance in our stores. As a Senior Analyst, you will utilize your insight into our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to identify and resolve concerns related to work from our store and HR partners in the field. You will also adopt a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in the stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task groups of experts and different partners to achieve business objectives
• Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and analysis to foster solutions and project/procedure planning
• Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders
• Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
• Direct and lead cross-functional teams, assign and assess work, train, and contribute to performance evaluation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to the job, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience preferred. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is also desirable. You should have excellent quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive high-performing teams.
