As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing personalized support to our most discerning clients. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at Blithequark's Centurion Parlor, located in the JFK International Airport. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Card Members, providing a seamless and personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. Your expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include: * Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor * Providing exceptional support and service to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing your creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed Card Member expectations * Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for Card Members * Providing travel, card, and lifestyle support to Card Members, including making reservations and recommendations * Working closely with our food and beverage partners to ensure Card Members' needs are met * Maintaining a high level of knowledge about Blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues * A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software systems and the ability to adapt to new technology * A flexible and adaptable approach to work, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, including reservation experience * A background in customer service or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * A passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions * A strong understanding of Blithequark's products and services, as well as our brand values and mission **What We Offer** As a Customer Experience Concierge at Blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * A competitive hourly rate of $25 * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Access to exclusive discounts and perks, including travel and entertainment opportunities * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity and inclusion **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
