**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, addressing their concerns, and helping them to succeed on our platform. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to ensure that our merchants receive the highest level of service and support. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
