As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to a high volume of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compassionately assisting clients with navigating an array of post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications
  • Exhibiting reliability and participation, with a commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day
  • Handling a high volume of reaches, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
  • Meeting our superior performance bar, with a focus on exceeding client satisfaction and achieving client support proficiency metrics
  • Professionally connecting with clients, building relationships, and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages
  • Listening effectively and showing empathy, with a focus on understanding client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
  • De-escalating client concerns, using peace promotion skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business, while staying within guidelines
  • Issue resolving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the client's needs, using a first-contact resolution approach
  • Being educated and performing multiple tasks, with the ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly answer questions
  • Raising foundational issues, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and offering suggestions to leadership

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, and comprehend Spanish and English
  • Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Be available to attend 100% of our mandatory training, with no misses, downtime, or lateness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
